Service Description

For first and one time cleans we recommend booking a minimum 4 hours for homes under 1500 sq ft. to cover everything listed below. We can break it down into smaller sessions to accommodate your needs or budget. Recurring customers get a discounted rate! Here is a detailed breakdown of what a Standard Residential Cleaning includes: General Areas (All Rooms) Dusting: All surfaces, including baseboards, window sills, door frames, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and picture frames. We remove cobwebs from corners and ceilings. Wiping: All doors, door frames, and light switch plates are wiped clean.   All floors are thoroughly vacuumed and mopped. We pay special attention to edges and hard-to-reach corners. Vents and air returns are dusted and wiped down.   All trash is emptied, and liners are replaced. Kitchen All Appliances: Exterior of the oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and other appliances are thoroughly cleaned.   Inside of the microwave is cleaned and shined.   All countertops and backsplashes are disinfected and polished. Exterior of all cabinets are wiped down and degreased. The sink, faucet, and drain are scrubbed, polished, and sanitized.   The stovetop and exhaust fan are scrubbed to remove grease and grime. Bathrooms Shower & Tub: Showers and tubs are scrubbed, disinfected, and polished to remove bacteria and mildew. Toilets are scrubbed, disinfected, and shined inside and out.   Sinks and countertops are cleaned and disinfected.   Mirrors are cleaned to a streak-free shine.   All cabinet exteriors are wiped down.   Faucets and other fixtures are polished. Bedrooms All surfaces are dusted, including nightstands and dressers. Floors are vacuumed and/or mopped, including under the bed where possible.   Closet Floors: Closet floors are vacuumed. A standard clean does NOT typically include: Dishes or laundry. Interior of the oven, refrigerator, or cabinets.   Cleaning of windows or tracks. Carpet or furniture shampooing. Shower door glass restoration from calcification. Cleaning of heavily soiled areas that require specialized equipment or chemicals (e.g., biohazard cleanups, including pet biohazard and litterboxes).
